Stacked pages: how tall is everything you've read

A page count says little. A tower of paper next to a person says a lot.

How it works

LectorApp adds up every page you've read, stacks them and compares the height with objects or people. It's a way of seeing your progress that sticks better than a number.

See what you've read Your pages are stacked and compared to real things: a 48 cm tower, a 1.80 m person, much more. (Video in Spanish; English version coming soon.)

Why it motivates

Seeing your reading as something physical makes it feel real, and hard not to keep adding to.

The numbers come from the readings you log, and you can see them in reading statistics.

A different way to see your progress

  • Visual and memorable: a tower of paper sticks better than a number.
  • Shareable: it's the kind of stat you want to show.
  • It adds to the competition: with Rankings, your pages will also count for your country.

Availability

  • LectorApp is Android only and in closed testing on Google Play: you can request tester access.
  • The iPhone version is in development.
  • This feature is free and there are no ads.
